METHODIKA took place on 5 November to 11 November 2007 in Venice.
The international festival, METHODIKA 2007 was a resounding success. Theatre teachers, directing and acting students, directors and scientists were in Venice to meet different training methods for teaching and theatre practice. International masters held very intense work meetings to illuminate their methods. Seemingly dry intellectual matters were sometimes served with jokes. Prof. Dr. Jurij Alschitz, for example appeared as chef de cuisine of a trattoria inviting the speakers of the round table to tell about their ideas of centaurs and theatre. The theme “The Theatre of Centaur” was a revelation for participants and the invited masters themselves. A huge territory of research opened up. The scientific results so far will be published in a book, available in Spring 2008.
